In general, we consider:
STANDARD TARIFFS
Tickets can be changed or cancelled up to the day before departure
(on working days, during branch opening hours, excluding group bookings)
After this period, the ticket is no longer valid.
The fees are therefore the following :
- Modification request : 1,000 F inclusive of taxes / ticket and per journey
- Request for refund & cancellation : 2 500 F inclusive of taxes / ticket and per journey.
- Modification and cancellation fees are free for infants.
Tarif zen
No fees are applied, until midnight on the eve of departure.

More weight in your luggage! In addition to your 15 kg authorised per adult and 10 kg authorised per child, you will benefit from a total of 10 kg of additional luggage weight, i.e. a total of 25 kg per adult and 20 kg per child (excluding infants).

The prices indicated above are indicated above are expressed in pacific franc, inclusive of vat (including new caledonia’s consumption tax),excluding handling fees of 1,000f per reservation made at a betico agency and 500f per reservation made online, excluding surcharges of 400f per ticket to or from the loyality islands and subject to change without notice.

Booking fees will apply to all bookings made at betico branches and online at www.betico.nc.
